With three levels to accommodate friends and family, you will enjoy the versatility of a family-friendly suite upstairs h and a basement that’s the bomb with an awesome game room, bar and three bedrooms. Ample parking and keyless entry make accessing your vacation stress-free, the way it should be.

The master on main boasts a soaking tub, separate shower, his and her vanities (and closets) and walk-out access to the highlight of the home, the relaxing screened-in porch with gorgeous view, the ultimate space to chill. Imagine waking up to this magnificence! But, in case you want to work a little bit, the master offers a workstation equipped with a monitor and keyboard, and wi-fi that streams just fine. (Post-pandemic perspective: why work in an office when you can work from anywhere?)  

While you may opt to explore dining in Hiawassee, just minutes away, you will find everything you need to stay in and cook. The kitchen is fully stocked. A breakfast nook offers a large table with bench seating plus you’ll find generous seating capacity beyond the kitchen via counter dining and an expansive dining table fit for holiday feasts.  

The stone fireplace in the great room accentuates the mountain lodge vibe and your party can kick back in the comfortable sectional sofa to play games, watch a movie, or enjoy the fire. It’s “hearth and soul” at “Serenity Now,” … step outside and let your spirit soar with the breath-taking view. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in this porch beyond compare.  And you won’t miss a minute of the big game, thanks to the discreetly wall-mounted TV.

Heading up to the loft, you’ll find your own private alcove with a king bed and a twin-over-full bunk.  A private full bathroom is attached.

In the basement, it’s time for fun! A second living room offers recreation space for video games, board games, foosball – or survey the play with a drink in hand at the beautifully carved bar. The kids have their own space in a bunk room with two twin-over-twin beds. The two additional bedrooms off the living room are good-sized and one offers an en-suite bathroom.  (There is a lift on the property but it is inoperable, Sorry)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
